The short version
If Blip isn’t for you, email hello@blipvideo.com within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund the full $14.99. No questions asked.
We’d rather you try the free 5-download trial first and only buy when you’re sure — but if you bought and it’s not working out, the guarantee has you covered.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@blipvideo.com from the address you bought with.
- Include your Paddle receipt or order ID if you have it (it speeds things up, but isn’t required).
- We’ll confirm and process the refund — no need to explain why.
How the refund is paid
Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the credit to appear.
After a refund
A refund ends your license to use the paid version of Blip; the app returns to trial mode. You’re always welcome to buy again later.
