1. Who we are
Blip Video Downloader (“Blip”, “we”, “us”) is a macOS app operated by LJK Creative LLC, a Delaware company doing business as Blip Video Downloader. By downloading, buying, or using Blip, you agree to these terms.
2. Your license
When you buy Blip, you get a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app. One license covers up to 3 Macs that you own or control, and you may move it between machines. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share your license key.
Blip offers a free trial of up to 5 watermarked downloads so you can evaluate it before buying.
3. Acceptable use
You’re responsible for how you use Blip and for the content you download. You agree to use Blip only for lawful purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, including respecting copyright and the terms of the platforms you download from.
4. Payment, price, and tax
Blip is a one-time purchase of $14.99 (USD). There is no subscription. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, who handles billing, currency conversion, and tax (e.g. EU VAT and US sales tax). Your receipt comes from Paddle.

Blip comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for how to request one.
6. Updates
Updates within the 1.x series are included free. A future major version may be offered as a separate, discounted upgrade for existing customers. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
7. Disclaimer
Blip is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Online platforms change frequently; while we ship fixes quickly, we don’t guarantee that every video will always be downloadable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LJK Creative LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Blip. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use Blip after changes means you accept the updated terms.
