Recover your license
Lost your key, or moving to a new Mac? Here’s how to get back up and running.
I already bought Blip but lost my key
Email hello@blipvideo.com from the address you used at checkout and we’ll resend your license key. A real person replies — usually within one business day.
It helps (but isn’t required) to include either of these from your purchase:
- The Paddle receipt emailed to you at purchase, or your Paddle order ID.
- The email address you bought with, if it’s different from the one you’re writing from.
Moving Blip to a new Mac
One license covers 3 Macs, and you can move it between machines whenever you need to. If you’ve hit the limit, deactivate Blip on a Mac you no longer use (in the app, or by emailing us) and your slot frees up immediately.
Where’s my key in the app?
Open Blip and your license status shows in the app — once activated, you’re set, and the key is stored securely in your Mac’s Keychain. If activation isn’t taking, email us and we’ll sort it out.
A self-serve license lookup is on the way. Until then, email is the fastest path — we’ve got you.
